Q2:What is the MOQ if i want you to apply my design for parameter,outside looking ,logo on producsts and cartons?
A2:MOQ30-100pcs for different products
Q3:How if i just want one sample OEM and ODM?Is it possible
A3:Yes,that possible,but need to pay certain percent OEM cost
Q4:What about the warranty?what you will do if the inverter in problem during 1 or 2
years?If refund should i return the goods?
A4:the inverters are of 1years warranty,during the warranty we offer you free
replacements for parts,no need to send back to china.and after warranty period,we will offer support but you need to pay for the parts component cost.
Q5:How long the delivery time if i order?how soon can you send out the goods?
A5:some of the inverters in stock,and to make new inverters take 1-2 weeks time,ODM OEM take 4-5 weeks time for customization
Q6:What happen if i meet problem during instalation?Will you support and how.?
A5:Yes that we are 24hours online to help,pls contact us by email or by whatsapp

Q7: Does your company also provide other solar products except Pure Sine Wave Inverter?
A7: Yes, we also provide other solar products, like MPPT Solar Controller, poly solar
