2. How to clean the portable solar panel kit
Use a soft brush and damp cloth to clean the dust on the surface of the panel.
Bird droppings or other sticky objects should be cleaned up immediately with wet wipes. If you need to clean
the solar panel, please wash the surface with running water. Do not use high pressure water gun, otherwise it
will damage panels.
3. Is the portable solar panel kit waterproof?
portable charger is IP65 rating, and splash proof (do not place in the rain or immerse in water), so for safety
use, please keep the product dry.
4.What is the reason for the low charging power of the solar panel kit?
The power generated by solar panels is affected by many factors. The main factors include climate conditions,
sunlight angles and shading.
Climate conditions: ordinary rainy weather, cloudy weather, or the sun is blocked by clouds, the power will drop.
Blocking: if there is a shadow in front of the solar panel or it is placed behind of a glass window, the power will drop.
Angle: when the solar panel is not facing the sun vertically, or facing away from the sun, the power will drop.
Warning: please avoid external force to squeeze the solar panel, otherwise it may damage the solar silicon cells,
resulting in power drop.
5. Can the portable solar panel kit be used in extreme weather?
It is not recommended to use the portable solar panel kit in extreme weather conditions,
please try to use it in stable weather conditions. Avoid using in harsh weather conditions
such as thunderstorms, gale,hail,etc.Normal use temperature is-20C to 70 ºC.
6.Can the portable solar panel kit store electricity?
The solar panel kit on current market only convert solar energy into electrical energy, and transmit the electricity
in the form of direct current to portable energy storage power station. Solar panel kit by themselves cannot store
electrical energy. If power storage function is needed, a portable power station is recommended
